VENTRILO GENERAL INFORMATION and RULES

Ventrilo is a software that allows you to voice-chat via Internet Protocol or IP. It's commonly referred to as a VOIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol software. Ventrilo is made of two parts, the server and the client.

Most players realize the voice chat feature of games has poor voice quality, so Ventrilo is the only way to go when you wanna rip on the guy you just blew away or just chat with your friends. It also helps keep people off your back instead of chatting in servers during the heat of battle.

Basic Ventrilo Rules:

1. When joining the server, pick a channel, please don't sit in the LOBBY. Chat is disabled there.
2. Idle in Ventrilo so others will join you. Don't just leave if no one's there. People will stay if they see you.
3. Select a channel appropriate for what you're doing so others will follow you and play.
4. If you're going to be Away from Keyboard (AFK), goto the AFK channel until you return.
5. Always respect each other, our Community rules apply here and are strictly enforced!
6. No racism, excessive foul language or spamming of any kind will be tolerated!!!
7. Don't disturb people in private channels. If they want you there, they will ask you to join them.
8. Don't repeatedly hop from channel to channel - It makes noise and pisses people off!
