Sinc eyour both already registered you'll have to go to the event page and create a team by clicking on the new team button on the left panel in the tourney's page than add your teammate and finally joining the actual tourney

Make sure you create your team and join the tourney there is a tutorail in the FAQS section if you need help with it. Also your teamamte will have to register as well so you can add him to your team.
