I made a sweet new Custom gui for our members it's easy to install and just as easy to remove.
Sample


Simply put the folders into the corresponding folders in your cstrike folder.
1. The console folder goes inside the materials folder
2. The gamemenu.res file goes into your resource folder.

Removal: Simple delete those files.(Leagues do not allow guis)

looks good, this legal for league use?

depends on the league. cevo and esea and eco probably no but it's easily removed for match play only two files. could simply rename them when you have a match and they it will be disabled
