Hey all, the first time I tried to get this community thriving again, I had minor success, but not to the degree or extent that myself, or Deano and Noir would like to see.

With that being said, starting Monday, I am going to be trying to get new members into the community, so we can start focusing on CoMpulsive, right now I have to agree with the other admins, that it kinda feels like a clan / waste of money. Theres a few regular ventrilo members, but everyone else (Which is only like 15) is a member of CoMpulsive but your not really... We need to start using everything thats available to us, if not for us, to atleast show appreciation to those people who started this community and put in the hard work to get it where it is.

Sure everyones in vent, but the forums, server, website, irc just sit by idle, it's a waste of money and resources, so, on Monday I'm going to start bringing new people into the community, I had 1 question and 1 reminder.

Question: Who would like to help?
Reminder: Not everyone is used to playing games and using vent, if your in vent and some new people show up, don't get mad if they jump in your channel while your scrimming or talking to someone, be kind and respectful of everyone that's here. Also, it's come to my attention that theres been some shitty ringers that Rage Quit and then spam the shit out of vent, with that being mentioned, please don't attack random people that join vent, there will be (hopefully) quite a few new faces around here and we want them to feel welcome.

For now that's all that I feel I need to say. When I get home Monday or Sunday evening, I'll compile and write a comprehensive post detailing expectations of current and future community members, that will be proofed by Noir or Deano and everyone should abide by them.

Thanks phayze. Also Anyone looking to step up and be apart of the admin team we could use a lot of help populating our server. The more people we get into it the more people join. If interested please be dedicated to our cause and talk to one of the three of us regarding it.

what we need is some stats working on the server also =) to help keep people interested in it. hlstatsx:community edition is free. and works on debian linux.
